i have the same problem on my site, tried some different things from the styles on their site but always had the same result.

Has no one else ideas how to fix it? I have for now disabled the automatic close expired bid function and have to delete them manually.

hi, on my forum it`s also just using the last name from the registration as username. But I also have the problem that it puts a space in front of the username. so its ( Lastname). But so far no problem I`m just correcting their usernames after activating them. kind regards manuel

hi, thanx for your reply! but isn't it just excluding flights from the schedule that actually have open bids when this settings is "true"? of course i want to hide flights that someone has booked but my problem is i've set the bid expiry to 72h and setup the maintenance.php cron job to close expired bids. so normally the flights should be available again in the schedule after the bid was deleted by the cron but it isn't. the bids get removed correctly after the 72h but the flights don't show up in the schedule again then. kind regards manuel

Hi guys i`ve got a problem with the maintenance.php and the bids removal. I have set the local config to : # If someone places a bid, whether to disable that or not Config::Set('DISABLE_SCHED_ON_BID', true); Config::Set('DISABLE_BIDS_ON_BID', false); and in the maintenance.php i`ve activated this for the cron job: if(Config::Get('CLOSE_BIDS_AFTER_EXPIRE') === true) { SchedulesData::deleteExpiredBids(); CronData::set_lastupdate('check_expired_bids'); } now the bids are removed after the period i`ve set but the flights don`t show up in my schedules again after the bid removal. So no one else can book them anymore. any ideas what`s wrong here? Would be nice if someone could help me with this because actually i have to delete all the affected flights in the admin panel and create a new flight in order to show them in my schedules again. kind regards Manuel

no i havent got it working...I also searched everywhere and tried some things but it`s always the same 00:00 or nothing at all for now i`ve set it back to time remaining on the site. i would have loved to get this working and show the ETA on my site but it`s almost impossible for me to find out why it doesn`t as i never ever coded anything before kind regards Manuel

hi no problem thank you very much. i have tested it with a short test flight and it shows correctly if i replace the api call with +15 or anything else but as soon as i use the api call it gives 00:00GMT again. kind regards Manuel

same problem here! the image upload to vacentral is just not working....doen`t matter what browser i use. chrome, firefox, safari, ie...everywhere the same. please check that

hey thank you! I think this flight is day 1 then....because i just wanted the schedule to be bookable only once a day... no matter when the pilot flies it. So if he decides to fly sometimes the next day his bid remeains active but the flight becomes anyway bookable again the next day if it`s scheduled every day. So i have to change the PIREPData file and run a cron job that clears all bids on schedules....but not bids on bids to keep them active for pilots who haven`t flown them till now.... right? i have to apologize for my stupid questions but I`m really new to this coding stuff...but I`m doing my best to learn Edit: i just remembered they can`t be booked if bid on bid is on...ok so this is no option hehe....i think I`ll have to do the cron job and then the pilot`s must fly their flights the same day. But i think this will be ok. They can book another flight if they don`t fly it until the cron job.

hm i was reffering to something like this: http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/5244-vatsim-style-flight-map-solved/page__p__35011__hl__vatsim__fromsearch__1#entry35011 (btw it`s marked solved but i can`t find a solution in this thread as it just says that the client has to report the positions and i guess the client does report the positions cose otherwise liveacars won`t work at all?) i can`t add the position coordinates of a plane`s actual flight path in the schedule as it`s impossible to know them before the flight was made. i guess all position coodrinates that kAcars sends have to be stored so that it`s possible to display it on the liveacars map as flown path right? I have no idea but i`ve seen this feature at several airlines and i would love to get this working would be nice if someone who got this working for his va could state how he did it. I would be really thankful for any help. I`m already searching the whole forum and google but still haven`t found a way to achieve my goal kind regards Manuel

ah thank you i didn`t know about this... but as i get the GS displayed i could insert the status something like this way: if GS above 20kts gives the status message Enroute and below 20 kts shows at the Gate. Is this worth to give it a try or absolute nonsense as if have absolutely no idea of coding and i think it will take me hours to get it work. So i just wanted to ask if it could work, before wasting my time for something impossible. Edit: ah not so important hehe i ask my pilots to use Kacars...problem solved hehe

I have inserted the navdata table now and i can see the planned routes on the flight details page now which is pretty cool thanx for that!...but what i originally was looking for is a way to display the actual route flown (connection lines between the position reports on the live acars map). I couldn`t get this fixed by uploading the navdata table. any ideas what to do to get this working? kind regards

Hi, is it possible to change the margins for the flight status calculation somewhere? When i start logging a flight with xacars my status shows "at the gate" but a few seconds later it says enroute on the live map site....but i`m still at the gate with engines of Edit: I forgot to mention that it works without problems with KAcars!
