No i totally understand what your saying, we are starting to establish a good line of staff members that are welcoming, we already have a personalized ACARS with everything you could think of in it. We have a free website hosting from my friends at TFDi design who also host the Teamspeak we use. I have thought about the pilot of the month but i don't want everyone fighting and talking about each other. I think that it would be cool but don't know how it would work out... Also i have another skin but i have issues and i can't code for my life so i can't really edit it. So if anyone wants to give me a hand it would be nice. - I really appreciate everyone's positive feedback, i will take most of the things y'all said into consideration and possibly switch around a few things and make Hawaiian more active !

Aloha, I just encountered a problem, i can't seem to find an easy way to keep my roster active! I have a 1 PIREP within 14 days set in place but after that i can't tell easily if people are actually flying unless i print out my roster and highlight when people did flights last which is kind of a pain in the butt. If you have any good pointers of something you do to keep your roster active from month to month i would love to hear it.

I think the base skin is nice but their are too many colors at once. You need to mellow the colors out.

I would like to make a post about our new ACARS program developed by Blackbox Design. They have created us a spectacular ACARS system that provides all of our pilots with an easy way to grab charts, fuel planning and bids right from the application. The application was fairly well priced considering that most of the other ACARS developers were for the most part over priced. The HALCARS System is in its final stages of development and should be released to Hawaiian Pilots by Saturday or sometime before then hopefully. The ACARS system features Hawaiian Airlines announcements and accurate fuel calculations and much much more. I would like to give a big Mahalo to Blackbox for the awesome application.

We added one so more people have a variety to fly to/from. Kahului is a major focus city as well. Basically we did that to give pilots more options.

Aloha, Just to start off this post on a positive note i would like to congratulate ourselves on a whopping 25 flights in one day only having 20 some pilots. Below are some things we have done in our 10 days of service: 1. We have contacted the real world Hawaiian Airlines asking permission for our VA to run. 2. We have partnered with https://www.aavirtual.net/ https://www.virtualunitedairlines.org/ and https://www.deltavirtualairlines.com/ 3. We have a few people beginning to fly on the VATSIM Network. 4. We are planning to get our own custom ACARS System within the year of 2011. 5. We have had a steady number of applications coming in daily (Usually 2-3!) Thanks for everyone who applied. 6. We hope to get partnered with VATSIM sometime within the month. (Their is a way around the 3 month rule.) 7. We have gained a new hub manager at PHNL! Not everything can be awesome here at Hawaiian without a few problems or things we need; Below are a few things we would like to get soon: 1. We would like to hire a new Human Resources Manager 2. We need Cheif Pilots for both the 717 A330 and the 767. 3. We would like an operations manager but not required yet. 4. We are in need of an Events Coordinator! And that is why i am making my own HAL. The other two were nice but they didn't do much. They didn't have any contact with pilots. I agree that they had nice website's and stuff but they can't do anything if they dont have good managenent.
