I just checked it, I can see all the flights, to the new destinations, under "View a map of all my flights", as I allready flew to the new destinations. Edit: It is odd, but I miss all the flights that are on page 2, in the administration part of schedules. Is there a link?

But the trues will be somewhere in the middle. I hope not you take it to harsh, as I do not mean it that harsh. But you talk a bit like sub 16. For me it is, give a little, take a little. Give a bit trust, get more trust back. And the experience with people over the years learned me so much, that those who do not want to fly drop out in the end. You cannot force that by acars tools. They might fill in fake reports, but I really doubt it will be more then 20. Because even that will be to much. And even then, am I there to control that? In my VA, the primary PIREP is created via the website. And I have them look at ACARS, because it can be a little bit easier, and gives the pilots an extra logging. And even one pilot is using the Google maps on the site, to fiddle out where he is about flying. He sometimes flies 2 hours on a trip for 1 hour. So what? He is giving the passengers an extra sightseeing. And when he is landing at -1500 ft, I am sure he wanted to give his passengers a thrill. ;-) Great you can fly PMDG planes. I cannot. I do not even have them. And I do not care. And I am pretty sure that you are a great aviator. And an exelent, VA boss. And your stats are probably better then mine. And you probably land much better then I do. And I do not care. Flying is fun, a hobby for me. And am extending that into a VA. A hobby should be fun, and not only digging into figures. Hello, I have added 8 flights yesterday. You can see them all under schedule. Yet I am missing the last 6 on the routemap. Is there a maximum amount of items, that can be displayed?

I have knowledge of html. Yet no knowledge of php, except for reading and changing some things. So I guess I need a couple of schedule.tpl and then in code somewhere an where statement.

I wonder what happens if you have 100 flights in a airline. I guess that will be represented in a long list. I also saw that if I added a second airliner, that the flights of that airline will be attached to the same list. so one list of 200 records for 2 airliners. I guess the pilots will loose the overview. Is there a way to create more pages? Like schedule for airline one schedule2 for airline two etc I also wonder if I could make seperate blocks or pages per category of planes.

No confusing intended. I do not want to use bidding. People can fly whatever is available. Yet on 1 plane I have 5 trips. And I want to restrict 1 of them to a higher rank.

I have no bidding intended. Considering me, everybody can fly what he wants. Even if 2 people fly the same route, the same day ;-).

Does this mean that pilots have to bid on flights? Because that is not what I intended.

I know what you mean. But there is one thing, I learned in my long life... I need to trust people before I get them on board, as staff. There are so many good people around, but one or two only want to screw up things. And I want to filter these out before. That is why I am a bit hessitant.

Maybe I should pick freeware planes first, and see, what paid replacements I can get. Considering my time. I do not have plenty of time. But I realize that I can only put time in the VA, or in flying myself. There will be a point where I need more stafing then me, myself and I. But for the time being is it enough.

Hello, I am getting my routesystem together. But slowly I am also thinking about adding some bigger planes, and bigger airports. Yet I know, that you need a special permit to fly to London City, or Innsbruck or Lugano (They have steeper arrivals or the ILS is not in line with the runway). Suppose I have an ATR on some routes including the above once. Yet I do not put a trip from Maastricht to Amsterdam not equal to a trip from Maastricht to Lugano. In that case I would like to restrict these 3 routes to if you have a higher rank. How can I accomplish this? Restrict them to an airplane? I was thinking to put the trip to Lugano on a smaller aircraft.

@ItRobb.... Iian? ;-) I know. Sorry. @Joeri. I know they land at Maastricht and also take off. I have an image here from evergreen, made by me. But I am very sure they do not take off complete filled up. 2500 meters is to short for that. I even doubt about a fully loaded B752. Most B744 fly from New York to Maastricht, offload some stuff, put fuel in and leave for Luxemburg (Cargolux). I also have some information from a traffic controler at Maastricht.

Hello, I am on the brink of putting my new va to the public. Link: www.citylink-va.com. The purpose of this VA, is not to connect the the larger airports. So some kind of Bushpiloting in Western Europe, as far as you can find a bush ;-) And it is not even my idea to use the more standard planes that are being used by the most VA's. There for I am thinking small, like the Cessna Caravan, Beech 1900 Maybe an ATR. Even though this is my idea, I am also planning to have flights, done with B737 or A320, to more well known airports. Considering the home base (ehbk/mst/maastricht Aachen airport) with a 8000 feet runway, the maximum plane I could use there would be a B752. Maybe a narrowbody jet is the max for here. I guess you get the idea what I have in mind. And then I have questions. What do others think about the website? The routes are limited at this moment. But more Cat 1 routes are on the way (Belgium, north of France, Western and South Germany,South England). What kind of planes to use. Starting with the last dot. What kind of planes to use. In to my opinion it is not done, to tell the "new" pilot that he has to have or buy the Caravan from Carenado. So I am looking first for: Is there a freeware plane I intend to have in the VA, or is that one build in to FSX or FS2004? And then add, but if you have the better version of the carevan from Carenado, you are invited to fly that one. I wonder how the majority of the VA owners go about this issue. 10 years ago, with my old VA, we used planes from Posky, FFG, Premieracraft. And that because there where not that many payware planes. And we had the opinion, you cannot force people to buy our preferred planes. I want to keep my old ideas, of an easy going VA. In the way of, at least one flight per month, or you tell us that you are not available due to.... You can pick any route you want to fly. We tend to try a kind of legacy va, but you can choose between 2 planes, for every cat. For instance, you can take the caravan, or a pc12, for all cat 1 routes. It is up to you. Greetings, RobB

Thank you. Sometimes I am so blind... To be honest I had been focusing more on the expenses the pilot declares when he fills in the PIREP. I wonder where I can find them back other then in the Pirep itself. RobB

No that page, is completely white, nu text on it except: Current Expenses No expenses have been added And no options to select, or type in. I only type the expenses when I type the pirep. RobB

Hi, You can add expenses on a pirep. For catering or so. I tried this out, and found out, that it did not function. In the send pirep, I see the expenses, but under Reports and Expenses it is pretty empty. If I click on expenses it says: No expenses have been added So is there a switch to set? RobB

That is what my thought was. The path of the css, cannot be found.
