ok , that help a bit, what file is this in ? frontpage_main.tpl ? im having trouble finding it like that, but i want to change the style on my menu bar as well, i dont like the buttons, also when i add on an extra line , like my about us page, where do i place that page ?, does it have to be the same format like the home page with a header, footer etc. This is very confusing at the moment lol. ok my fault i misinformed you, i can create one, in dreamweaver. but i dont understand how to implement it to the site and add directories to my other areas of the site i want to add like a forums page about us page etc. i want to keep the defualt buttons and how they work but i want a new look and some added buttons. lol Thanks

Gday Guys I have created my website, nearly done ! finally, just need some help on one more thing. I need help creating a menu bar, the one that came with Roberts Template doesnt really match my site unfortunately. Can someone help me out with this?, I am relatively new to this but i am keen to learn. I also wanted to add some new menu buttons Forums, Contact Us etc. Any help would be much appreciated. also ive found a little problem, when i go to add another airline, it makes the new airline but it is the same as the main airline above. I also cant edit the name of the airline. Thanks Also Never mind the tutorials issue, i found out that they load up before you watch them so they dont load while your watching them.

Can it be done though? I don't really have any other option besides hosting it myself. I can't buy hosting because I don't have a credit card.

yea i am using a free webhost i got it going now but when i go to log in it just says 'Not Logged In'

sorry im going to have to correct that im using the latest 1.2.700, ive got through the installer database part. but when i click the finish button after putting in my details on the second page of the installer it just stays on that page! sorry about the earlier post disregard that. Thanks

ok , i havent mixed the two types i just switched, is the release version meant to have lib/rss/ lib/signatures lib/avatars these directories are missing, i think as they were there when i followed the tutorial, maybe they werent in there dont know. lol thanks

do i have to manually make local.config.php ? because it asks me to make a blank copy with right permissions, not sure if that is normal or not.

ok nope i was missing a heap of files i went to the beta, i got all the pages and permissions set followed the instructions and now i have this error Fatal error: Class 'DB' not found in /home/a7379017/public_html/core/common/SiteData.class.php on line 25 is this becasue of the database as localhost isnt the name of the database thanks

Gday im new to phpvms and can't wait to start using it. unfortunately i came across this error during installation Fatal error: Call to a member function get_results() on a non-object in /home/a7379017/public_html/core/classes/DB.class.php on line 280 i tried a reupload of the files but that didnt help.
