    I'd like to share with you a skin update that was made for JAL Virtual recently, i never formally announced it because it was a just a update to the already existing design, however i think that this update is vastly superior to the previous layout.

    Resuming 787 Service

    787 Service Restarts, 787 Service Expansion

    Japan Airlines Virtual is please restart Boeing 787 Service on June 1st, 2013. JALV has successfully restarted flights to San Diego, and Boston.

    We are very excited to have the Boeing 787 re-join our fleet, the 787 enables us to reach new destinations, efficiently, and in a new style of comfort. As well each Boeing 787 we fly has a bit of Japan on it, inside and out.

    In addition to current destinations served by the 787, we are proud to announce, Boeing 787 service expansion at JALV. New Destinations include: Helsinki (EFHK), and existing destinations that will be upgraded to Boeing 787 are Singapore, Beijing, Delhi, Moscow, San Francisco, Sydney and Bangkok

    About Japan Airlines Virtual

    Japan Airlines Virtual was established on April 1st, 2007. At the start we were a relatively small, unknown virtual airline in Japan. However, we had dedicated staff team and just as dedicated pilots who flew for JAL VIRTUAL1 during those years. Overtime however more pilots joined our ranks and flew for us! By then we knew that JAL VIRTUAL1 would become something special to us; the staff team.

    Over 5 years later, JAL VIRTUAL1 has become a great virtual airline with a dedicated staff team, who through many hour of painstaking work hope to have brought the best experience possible to our pilots. We continuously update JAL VIRTUAL1 with everlasting schedule updates, website improvements and events.

    Looking for Staff

    We are currently looking for individuals to fill these staff positions at Japan Airlines Virtual.

    Events Director

    The Event Director plans, organizes and promotes all events for Japan Airlines Virtual. They must be able to notify all pilots about the event, and maintain a list of pilots planning to attend the event. Furthermore, Event Directors coordinate with applicable ARTCCs to ensure proper ATC coverage.

    Chief Training Executive

    The Chief Training Executive is the head of the entire training program. This position reports directly to the CEO & VEO. All other positions related to the training are subordinate to the CTE.

    Chief Pilots: Airbus Aircraft, Bombardier Q400, M.C. Donald Douglas MD11, and Other Aircraft

    Chief Pilots are the lead pilot of their respective aircraft. They provide assistance and training to pilots of JAL Virtual of their aircraft. They also write Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) of their aircraft for the VA.

    The long wait is over; I’m pleased to tell you that, Virtual One World Alliance is now active after five months of development.

    I’ll tell you little bit about us. Virtual one world alliance was founded in January 2013 with founding members of Cathay Pacific Virtual, Japan Airline Virtual, Malaysian Virtual Airline and Qantas Virtual.

    The reason for establishing this alliance is for to; provide a setting that all Virtual alliance members could communicate with each other and institute partnerships and friendship. In the future Virtual OneWorld hopes to have its own training and endorsement program to help virtual pilots to experience what would be like to flying as a code- share airline and to get you close to real world flying.

  15. Warning: call_user_func_array()

    Hey all.

    I am setting up a new website for the new VA alliance VOW. The members pages are in a .tpl format. When i tried to add new ones, i get this error in the browser.

    "[b]Warning[/b]: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class 'Members' does not have a method 'jet2' in [b]/home/qantasv2/public_html/vOne/core/classes/MainController.class.php[/b] on line [b]218"[/b]

    so therefore i cannot add anymore members pages until i get this fixed.

    P.S The CMS i am using is Nabeels CMS of PHPVMS

    Have you ever imagined that you fly three hours from Japan to the United States to you? No.

    To you, VATJPN, VATASIA, VATUSA is in this April will provide an unprecedented event that the capital "Tokyo" our, we tie the "Guam" has been frequently used as a resort destination of everlasting summer. We would like to feature the Guam International Airport and Narita International Airport is the gateway to Japan.

    It’s Up to you whether you want to flight from Narita to Guam, or to flight from Narita to Guam but it should be in a Boeing or an Airbus equipment!

    Any JAL Virtual pilot who flies in this event will be given “5 bonus hours plus an awardâ€. So that’s 3 hours (oneway) + 5 hours as a bonus! That’s 8 hours or 11 hours if you do a round trip! Plus an award!

    We plan to have 13 slots open. More pending with user demand.

    New user promotion!

    To welcome new users to JAL Virtual we are going to be disabling our Entrance Exam until March 15th, 2013. JAL Virtual will be open to user sign ups without exam!

    All sign ups between now and March 15th will be given 5 starting hours plus an award for "Beta tester". If the user flies the Short Hop event on April 14th, the awards and hours will also apply to that user!

  24. Looking for a graphics designer

    Hello

    I am currently looking for a graphics designer for a simple project. They will need to make awards images/banners and come up with a neat award idea for each image at the same time. I would need 25-50 awards done with the option for more.

    The payment will be negotiated between client (myself) and the graphics designer.
