    Hello, What to do is go into the Admin Panel, Site & Settings then click Maintenance Options. The third one down should say Reset Signatures press that and it should work. Regards

    Hello sir, Thank you for your reply. We have been up for about two and a half months now and plan to keep on operating. And I do understand that's what I said about my other VA's which I have closed all of now. But you need to have some faith in me now, that was the past this VA is my long, awaited future.
