  1. is there anyway to hide the airports that are not hubs? or maybe another option to show only hubs or other airports instead of them all?
  2. what happens to the award once it's assigned?
  3. how about a certification or rating? Like certain pilots who have the hours or are awarded a Rating. Like a rating for a 737 or a rating for a Helicopter? And have that rating sort the schedules. Like if someone's only got a rating for a cessna, they can't bid on a flight that requires a 737.
  4. I've re-installed it, I've deleted and installed phpvms, I've dropped the database, I've re-done everything I could thing of. I think the problem is the fact it's running on a windows server. For some reason, it doesn't like the windows permissions is all I can think of.
  5. I'm not sure if this has been asked, but it is possible to add custom airports/scenery to the Airports/Hubs list?
  6. ok, it'll be tuesday before I can get around to things. I work on the weekends so it'll be tuesday.
  7. vDefense Department - http://www.vdefensedept.org
  8. Yea, here's mine with 2 flights, same person. log.txt
  9. any ideas? I too am having this problem and would like to be able to offer this to my pilots.
  10. Now tell me where the realism is in that? The last time I was in, we had set schedules that we were required to fly. Yea, I admit we had some BS flights, but even those had a set schedule. I am working on a mil va based around phpvms. I will admit that I have had to modify 2 things so far and everything is working out as I would like. My reccomendation would be to be able to change the types of flights. Instead of having only Charter, Cargo, and Passanger, why not add in Training and Mil flights?
  11. Figured I'd ask before doing something that might break things. Thanks! Edit: I had to modify the Airline Code table in mysql from the default 3. I went ahead and changed it to 8 just to be on the extra side of things.
  12. Does it have to be 3 letters, can it be 4?
  13. I have an account at Flyawaysimulation. As part of an ongoing thing of mine, I continue to update my post: http://flyawaysimulation.com/postp190974.html#190974 I've added and removed things as they have come and gone. I hope that Phpvms becomes something great.
  14. is there anyway to shorten the flight hours? example: Flight Hours 1.1000000238419 could it be shortened down to Flight Hours 1.10 Also, is there a way of showing total profit?
  15. just gotta do that with all the others.
  16. what he's done so far is copy and paste stuff over to a different file so he could run his own style and what not. Problem with this is, even though he's calling the codon.config or whatever, all the drop downs aren't working. Airline, hub, and location have nothing in them. So what I'm thinking, is just make a copy of all the core/template files, placing them into his own skin, modifing the header (so it doesn't go back to something else) and editing the styles from there. All this actually turned the light on in my head for doing my own airline stuff. Thank you Dave and Nabeel.
  17. Maybe, but I doubt it's cause of the holidays.
  18. he actually has the info correct, its simply not doing what it's supposed to. Edited: Sometimes I'm an idiot. I understand the purpose of creating the custom skin folder and copying the files from /core/templates/ if you want to make your own skin. You can edit the .tpl files to have your style, this way the system already knows the core .tpl files that are already located in /core/templates/. Since you copy these files to your own skin and customize them (not their names), the program will simply call the pre-made but now customized files in your skin folder.
  19. Nabeel I have to appauld you on 2 fronts. First for making a wonderful product that has gone beyond what most would consider to be typical. Secondly, because of the first, you are bringing together some of the flight simulation community to actually help each other. Congrats Nabeel.
  20. Open Office only asks if I wish to continue to save as the current format or save as openoffice format.
  21. You can just download this one.
  22. I would suggest getting and using OpenOffice.org which just happens to be the website. Inside of this office program, I use the Calc, which is actually the spreadsheet. Just import it and tell it that its comma seperated. And it can save in the same format that you opened it.
  23. try putting something in all the fields. Example would be: EZE 123 1 EGNR EGTG NOKIN N862 ERNOK L9 ALVIN JS41 99nm 07:45:00 AM 08:30:00 AM Shunt N/A This would fill in: Code Flightnm Leg Dept Arriv Route Aircraft Distance Dept time arrive time Flight time Notes I used FSBuild to get my Route between the airports, plus it also gave me a distance. A free program similar would be Super Flight Planner. I also converted my flight times to decimal, meaning a 1 hour 30 minute flight would be 1.50. You can google a time to decimal converter and just copy/paste that decimal over.
