RVF147 Posted February 1, 2014 Report Posted February 1, 2014 I apologize if I am recreating a topic but could not find any information in regards to missing hours. I signed on this morning and I have numerous emails from our user stating missing hours. I checked and sure enought half of my roster shows no hours but pireps and everything are there. I have one guy with 335 flight and 0 hours but if you to look at his pireps they are all there and approved. Any help would be great!. Thanks Quote

Thanks Sorry if this post doesn't help at all; I've had these types of replies before and I hate them, you probably will hate my answer as well. Anyways, I've noticed that hosting services will sometimes cause errors in such things. My forums have glitched out completely once, I totally went crazy with what was going on. After waiting a few hours, maybe a day, everything returned to normal. Learning that you said the PIREPS are all there and approved, it's probably somekind of miscommunication that's going on with your host or files in between phpVMS. Therefore, my very dumb answer you probably will hate is: Wait it out. Quote
RVF147 Posted February 3, 2014 Author Report Posted February 3, 2014 Ok i just realized it must be in regards to the Retired status. Once they go retired, their hours disappear but pireps remain. Maybe that will narrow it down...Where would i look for te code for this? Quote
RVF147 Posted February 3, 2014 Author Report Posted February 3, 2014 I set the "autoretire" back to false. Still need help finding the code that caused their hours to be missing. Is there a way to automatically recalculate their hours other then having to total up the pirep hours manually? Quote
Administrators simpilot Posted February 3, 2014 Administrators Report Posted February 3, 2014 Does the "Reset Hours" function in maintenance have any affect? Quote
RVF147 Posted February 3, 2014 Author Report Posted February 3, 2014 It worked. It recalculated the total based on pireps. Ill have to check the trasfer hours part again as it is not adding that to the total hours. Thanks again. We were affraid the reset hours would delete all hours to 0....thats why we didnt try it until now. Quote
