My pilots are unable to upload an Avatar using the 'edit profile' way (pilot dispatch -> edit profile -> upload image). is there another way to do this ? StartVM Posted May 19, 2014 Report Share Posted May 19, 2014 They are probably using an unsupported file format. Try PNG or JPG. I used multiple different file extensions (jpeg,png ect) and was unable to find anywhere to add an image or link to the individual pilots in 'MyPHPadmin'. would you happen to know of any other ways ? ZacharyArena Posted May 20, 2014 Author Report Share Posted May 20, 2014 Hi all, the file permission was set to 755, once i had changed it 777 it wasn't working still. however is i name the file BER0001 (for example) and place it in lib/avatars manually it works fine. any other ideas ? update -i reinstalled the lib/avatars folder and everything seems to be working now.
