Ok I have seen for the last month or so that my va central rank isn't showing on my site can someone please confirm that it does or doesn't work and then I'll figure out the problem if it is me

I have not had anyone else with any issues since I got it back up and running a few months back. Are you getting any error? Can you access the raw xml feed in your browser?

for example: are you on a paid or a freehosting service?

I have another question is it there a way to show the Average landing rate and points in addition to the rank?

I had to tweak mine to get it to work again after recent changes. Does your code look like this?
