Make HTML/CSS compatible with PHPVMS

Hello All,

I wanted to ask if someone wouldn't mind making this template: http://templated.co/spatial I have tried it myself and the CSS wouldn't connect so I wondered if anyone wouldn't mind making this into a skin called Spatial. Thank you all.

Thank you for your reply and yes I have but everytime I try to add the css to the layout.tpl it just doesnt work.
