What do you do with Inactive Pilots?

I'm just curious how other VA owners handle pilots that stop flying for there VA. I'm rewriting my VA rules and am interested in others views on this subject.

I have my Virtual Airline roster not to show pilots that are inactive. All pilots must Fly 1 flight in 45 days not to be set suspended/in-active then after 45 days they are set in-active then they just stay in my All Pilots db so if the pilot wants to become reactivated their account is there how it was when they left it i have placed both pages of my website the roster and reactivation pages below so you can see where im going with this and see my setup.

My pilots must file a PIREP every 30 days or else they will be marked inactive my a module called pilot manager it sends automatic messages and marks them inactive. In order to become active again they must ask me via email. Once they are active again they can log in and do whatever but if they do not fly I have a module that marks them inactive again after 24 hours.

One one of my VA's i just keep them as is and they can come and go as they please, on the other they are deleted with all their pireps and other associated data.
