Is there any way I can prevent the transmission of manual PIREPs and allow only the transmission of information of the flight when the player make a flight? And how has PIREPs are updated automatically, without my permission?

You can remove the link to the manual PIREP page.

And PIREPs can't be modified by pilots after they've been submitted, only by admins

Do you mean that when a PIREP is filed throught ACARS or another automated submission system that the PIREP is automatically approved, it will not be put in a "pending" or "awaiting approval" state?
