Moderators shakamonkey88 Posted September 1, 2017 Moderators Report Share Posted September 1, 2017 Hi all, I use smartCARS for our flight tracking, but have noticed that the pirep route map does not show the actual flight taken by the pilot. I have looked into the database tables and noticed that it is not writing to the "rawdata" column. I have seen it working on other virtual airline sites that use SmartCARS, that this should be writing to that entry, but it is not. Any ideas? Thanks. I have raised a support ticket with them weeks ago which received no reply. I also messaged them about it on Discord and no-one knew the answer, which was a bit odd.
