smokey68 Posted December 10, 2017 Report Posted December 10, 2017 When i send mass emails im using port 465 = secure sll and i check my inbox and i never receive anything but if i use port 26 = unsecure i receive it in my spam immediately i would love to know the fix to this that way all emails sent will go to inbox not spam box Quote
Moderators servetas Posted December 11, 2017 Moderators Report Posted December 11, 2017 Unfortunately this is based on the IP that is given to you from your web hosting provider, the websites that you are sharing the ip with and several other things. Does your web hosting provider support SSL in your mailbox? Maybe they have changed the port. Have you set the email details in the local.config.php? Are you using cPanel? Quote
