The disk usage can be affected from different things such as statistics calculation, file uploads etc. I have checked your website (as I am supporting it actively, just to let the rest of the community know) and made a few changes today. It seems that the system keeps creating php session files in the server and that causes the issue. Let's see how is it going to work.
