I've seen it on my site too. Most of the time its an intersection/fix and not a VOR. Sometimes its a wrong lat/lon in the navdata, other times the name of the waypoint is wrong in the flightplan. You could look in the navdata table and try to fix it, but the next navdata update you make to your database will negate the fix. This issue is not specific to phpVMS 5.5.2 and can happen with any version of phpVMS - it is strictly related to the navadata used in the navdata table.
