Is there a way to change the Virtual airline callsign prefix to be more than three characters?

That is not the callsign, you are refering to the ICAO code. I have never heard of an ICAO code being more then 3 letters.

Hi, the prefix can be depending on your database settings. If the code limits the character to 3, then it will only be 3 characters. You can of course change the VA prefix to be more than 3. However, you need to change the backend setttings.
