get pirep and pilot pending

Hi guys 

i need your help , i am trying to display pirep and pilot pending in other page then 

those 2 page 

admin/index.php/pirepadmin/viewpending

admin/index.php/pilotadmin/pendingpilots

 

for example in other page like Dashboard 

 

i think i have to make some change in PilotAdmin/pilotAdmin.php but unfortunately all the time i got error in dashboard.

i fixed the problem by new calling to Mysql db in order to get the data from db and display where i want
