The system of rank, when I set up so that I can change it manually, it keeps automatically changing with the hours of pilots?

or I have to manually switch pilot when it's time to be promoted?

You can do it either way so its manually or automatic. But it will work in one way for all pilots

Yeah, as Nabeel said, you can have it either Manual or Automatic, but not both. You can set it in your core/local.config.php
