installtion help

Hey im new to all this phpvms and stuff and had a few questions if someone would be kind enough to answer. first the README file just says INSTALLATION Upload to your site, then it talks about creating a database. now I dont know exectly wat upload to site mean upload all the flies?? i know how to create datebase infact i alread did that. any help would be greatly need

If you have a database built and the files uploaded goto www.yourste.com/install/install.php and it will guide you form there.
