Hey a lot ov my VA guys are asking will there be a way to add on to see how much time left for flight as is now you have "Flight Time/Disance"  in other apps we have used there was feature telling us how long before landing.

thanks for your time Robert aka Mr Pizza EasternHops

Time remaining wouldn't be accurate as the winds can change, ATC could reroute/vector off the flight plan, pilot could change course/speed. Too many variables to make it accurate.

yes, I understand many variables but it would be an estimated time "ETE" "Estimate Time In Route" I know my guys would love it

again thanks for your time from Robert

I would like my pilots track their Estimated Time Enroute (which is basically the time between takeoff and landing) "ETE" from their aircraft directly, either from flight management systems or instruments. Compare it against their flight plans, preferably along with elapsed time value during flight. Do necessary actions if they are falling behind or ahead of their schedule or flight plan etc.

None of my guys would look to vmsAcars map window for something dynamic like it, as it will not be accurate and will be a misleading/unnecessary information :)

Safe flights

As updates are released, they will still get the update notice.

Honestly, they need to get used to it and know what to do.

Wait for your web guy to return - as he knows where he put the file and how it's linked to allow pilots to download it.
