Connor1994 Posted September 29, 2011 Report Posted September 29, 2011 http://www.euroscotva.co.uk/index.php I had this issue before but for some reason it sorted out itself... Is it to do with my host? Thanks... Kind regards Connor Quote
Tom Posted September 29, 2011 Report Posted September 29, 2011 Did you set up your folder permissions correctly? Quote
Jon Posted September 29, 2011 Report Posted September 29, 2011 If I remember rightly we are on the same host. Change the cache folder to permissions 777 fixed it for now. Don't know if it's comething on their end. Jon Quote

enti342 Posted September 29, 2011 Report Posted September 29, 2011 Funny thing here... No changes were made to this webserver EXCEPT - We upgraded our firewall. . Wonder what would cause this? Doubt firewall is related . Quote
kthomson Posted September 29, 2011 Report Posted September 29, 2011 Having this problem as well and it would appear that many VA's under phpvms are having this issue. Anyone able to provide assistance? Thanks, Kris Quote
Strider Posted September 29, 2011 Report Posted September 29, 2011 It is most likely a permissions error, please check the permissions, and set the relavant files to 777. Quote

Thanks for the quick response. We have already checked this and permissions are fine as you mention. Any other thoughts? Kris Quote
Strider Posted September 29, 2011 Report Posted September 29, 2011 Run the checkinstall and post the results, sounds like maybe a corrupt file. Quote
