TAV1702 Posted October 7, 2011 Report Share Posted October 7, 2011 Yeah you can set the pay per rank as Nabeel has pointed out, or, when you create a route, you can set a pay amount for that flight. I actually pay all my pilots per flight. Works out real good. I created a spreadsheet in Excel that calculates a pay for the flight based on miles flown and what type of flight it is Cargo, Pax, or Charter. Oh and it also gives me the ticket price to charge.
