ddlidd Posted October 23, 2011 Report Posted October 23, 2011 When eve me or my pilots try to upload a picture i get this error Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@swvirtual.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Quote
Strider Posted October 23, 2011 Report Posted October 23, 2011 The first error is a server issue, contact your host about that. the 404, the file is not there, or you mistyped the file name into the address bar. Make sure the name of the file and the link are the exact same. Quote

ddlidd Posted October 24, 2011 Author Report Posted October 24, 2011 Is the file type an allowed type and is the pics folder writable? How do i make the Pics foler readable? And it schould be located where? in the public/html right? Quote
Strider Posted October 24, 2011 Report Posted October 24, 2011 No writeable, in your FTP client, right click on the pics folder, and go to properties or chmod, and change the settings to 777 or 0777. You can do it through the cpanel too, but I am not sure how exactly to do it that way, you may be able to right click on them there too. Quote
edmundk Posted October 24, 2011 Report Posted October 24, 2011 I am having the same problem how to do it in the Cpanel? Quote
Strider Posted October 24, 2011 Report Posted October 24, 2011 Open your cpanel, go to file manager, click on the folder or file, and go to change permissions. Quote
