css file is correct. You can change what fonts are used in the css file. However, I would avoid fancy fonts. Some older PC users might not have the font you choose and it will show up as plain jane for them anyhow. For example, I am on a VERY old copy of xp pro. Even updated I still do not have the Papyrus font. So if someone uses it on site, it will show up as a standard font to me. But yes, try the css file.
