Signature/banner won't change after new background uploaded

Hi all,

I've tried today to update my banners but no luck, the new signature background just wont appear

The directory has 777 permissions, so thats not the problem

funny thing is: the file http://european.virtualairlines.eu/lib/signatures/EUR001.png doesn't even exist in that directory? I've refreshed and even tried on another pc in case of a cache problem or something, but it keeps loading the default phpvms banner.

Does the pilot have to file a pirep for the badge to update?

Re-fresh your browser (F5).

Also try to click RESET SIGNATURES in your Admin Center (under Maintenance Options).
