This will be fixed with an admin option in the next update, but for now, download the zip, and extract the "createzips.php" file into your site root (where index.php is). Then run it. It will generate a signature for all the pilot's in your VA. createsigs.zip

Could you please update the wiki documentation in regards to FSAcars. I know it says to put in the aircraft registration or it won't count towards the aircraft, but unless you specify someone like me is going to get confused on the matter of where to put it. I know it has a place for Regist, but who knows, you might actually be having to put into Selcal.

Hey Nabeel, when I do a search of my L-100 it only comes up with one route, when there are clearly 14 for the aircraft. Has something changed in that template that would cause that? i did update to the new template.

Hello, I have problem with the installation of the software. I possess a MySQL data base as well as PHP5. In order to use PHP5, I must provide however all files with *.php5, instead of *.php otherwise PHP4 would be activated. Now I renamed all files. Nevertheless I cannot install. I was wondering if phpvms could implement a one account multiple airlines meaning that one persons account on phpvms can fly for more then one airline currently you have to resign up on phpvms to fly that other airline , as we have *(at jal virtual) at least 3 sub airlines we see that have the pilot to resign up is uneconomical we loved the fact phpvms could support multiple airlines but the pilot needs to resign up everytime. I would like to see One pilot account that can fly for any of the airlines/schedules in phpvms without having to resign up. thanks

Hi everyone I installed phpvms a while ago and it worked fine - I however had to reinstall it, and now every time I run through the install, after the first screen i get a blank screen with Internal Server Error. It happens after I input all the db info and click on create db. .../phpvms/install/install.php?page=dbsetup This is where it happens... Didn't happen before, on the same host, with the same settings. Can anyone help? Many thanks

Hey i was wondering where the code was for the pilot information for the ones that are flying that show up on the live me, the information for... Pilot, Flight Number, Departure, Arrival, Status, Altitude, Speed, Distance/Time Remain Going to try and do something cool with it on my main page thanks for the help.

I have 2 domains on the Monarch Virtual site www.monarchvirtual.com www.virtualflymonarch.co.uk We can only have one API key so we keep getting the popup telling us the key is registered to another domain. Is there a work around?

I noticed there is a contact form template, but how can I use it? I have been editing the main template, and can't seem to include it (Although I guess I could just copy it all into a PHP File and include('contact_form.php') but it seems like there would be an easier way if you included it. Or I guess I could code my own, I know enough php for that. And the template posts the data to index.php, is this correct? Does index handle the form data or is that just being a placeholder for me to put my own page to handle it.

Hi, not sure if its just me or not but when a pilot registers he gets a mail saying he will be informed when his account is active, that works fine but when you approve the registration no mail is sent out confirming his status.

Okay, my COO changed the background of the sigs and I changed the text color (to black) in the local.config.php and we reset the images, but no change.

Hello, I'm considering using phpVMS and was wondering if their are manger roles built into the system? An example would be: A HR role to take care of all the new pilots applications, hiring, firing, etc. A hub manager role to take care of their hubs PIREPS? I'm assuming we can have hubs? Or does the system only allow one person to do all this. If it doesn't I think it would be cool to have the above added to help the flow of things so one person doesn't get over worked. ;D Thanks!

i flew a flight to filed the flight finances work great but no pilot pay at all the flight took an a little over an hour pay for each passenger was 75 fuel was 105 bucks there was 2 passengers so without any other expenses 2 x 75 150 fuel 105 should have made 45$ but no pilot pay just expenses fuel i also sent you an email with the log in and password to log in as a admin so you can check it out

I am testing out my phpvms, before i put it up live, to let the public join, when i go to add a bid, it goes to a blank page and nothing happens, there is no flight bid when i go back and check the my flight bids. What should i do to fix this? Cheers Dan C

Hi Nabeel, question for you. Is there a way to limit admin powers? Give permission to others like a hub manager to approve or reject pilot reports? but not allow them to muck around with settings, etc. And THANK YOU again for phpVMS.

Ok, that last few revisions, I have had no luck getting acars to work correctly. I did a flight today and up on trying to accept the flight i get a "unable to save wrong file type" error. The flight stated it was over 65000 hours, the flight number didn't show correctly, I put KSK1003 as the number in ACARS. Right now for me ACARS is as fu@*ed up as a football bat...The flight was also -1.00 hours thus causing me to have negative pay. The acars install is new on my pc.......I don't know what other info to give...... > > > > The angry smileys aren't aimed at you Nabeel, ACARS pisses me off some times....

Hi Nabeel, Last night I did the updates successfully and hope it will fix most of the issues that many of us havae. I have a question thogh. Is there a way to add a button or link to to call the "contact us" page withiout typing on the URL? And a similar one: I have imbaded phpvms in my VA website, I access it from the main "home page" using a button/link "Pilot lounge". How can I redirect from phpvms to the main va website page when one loges off or just wants to go back? Thanks in advance, ermias

Hi guys...can you help with this one: I have new register pilotos, with more than 1000 hours, i manually add the hours to the pilot profil and they are registered in rouster, but when the pilots fly and send a pirep, the hours are reset on the roster. Thanks

Hi guys, I have a problem that has already been posted to the forum but i cannot reply to that topic so thats why i post a new one. When i do an fspassengers flight and send it over to phpvms, everything looks good, i can accept the flight and that works without a problem. Then i go to the financial part, but there is no income showed.... there are expenses but no revenue and stuff. I made the route and filled in the ticket price so that should not be the problem. I ve got version 1.2.628 hope you can help me out here. Thanks a bunch! MrA
