It seems as though the acars map won't display anything in the `acarsdata` table. I've checked the XML output and its outputting fine, just not reaching the map.

I am trying to get the groups the pilots are in to show on the roster, so you know which pilot is in which group, I am having some trouble with it and am getting an error. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /home/globalai/public_html/lib/skins/global/pilots_list.tpl on line 61 Cheers Dan C

No Airports

Gudday I am a new user and had problems with adding pilots & airports. I have just upgraded to the latest version, the new pilots is now working but not the airports. Everything seems OK and the airport added is confirmed but nothing is added to the database. The previous pilots problem was similar in that the pilot added was confirmed and the emails were sent out but nothing was added to the database. Cheers Mike

Well, if I am using a drop down menu how to arrange that within the core_navigation.tpl ? For example I may have a link to the pilot center droping down from "operations" but how do I show that only to logged in people? And also the logout and admin, where do I put my links for those in the core navigation as they also drop down from "operations"? many thanks, roboa

The "flight from VA" function is great, but it still doesn't pull the correct aircraft. For me acars never updates after takeoff until you land (map), but i noticed for one other person it appears to work on their map......Other than those two small things ACARS has been rock solid..

Hello all, I have 2 problems 1) The admin panel is showing this error/message when editing aircraft. It is allowing the aircraft to be edited but I don't know why that is there. 2) After inputing a number of flights from the UK-Ibiza the routemap won't show flights to other destinations. Just the ibiza route. any help appreciated!! roboa

Upon reading the "README" in the download file it says upload to your server and then install from the install/install.php. Is this a folder or where do I find this? I have a lib core and admin and don't know where to find install?

I was trying out the awards system and gave myself an award. But it now shows my awards on all of the profiles. For example I give 'A' and award but 'B' also gets the awards shown on his profile even though it doesn't have it on the Admin Panel. I have updated all the systems and this is still occurring. Does anyone know how to resolve the problem? Jack

Hello! I am having some troubles updating! I back up all my files install all the update files go to the update link and it tells me Update complete! I go back to the admin panel and it says that I am still version .628 I believe it is.... any ideas? Thanks!! ???

Okay so i get a pm in the forums about the website with some major probs i suppose......??? Im checkint on 3 computers, my desktop, laptop and stop at the parents house to check out this problem does anyone else get this on the site?? Hello! When I downloaded the "update.zip" it also includes files that are not updated (not mentioned in the changelog), so if I upload all these files it will also overwrite files that are modified by me, for example, most of the templates and so on. So it is quite hard work to get everything to work in correct way again. Also when doing this "restore" operation I may also accidentally overwrite some new flies with older backup files, in order to get the site to look like it used to be before the update. Hi all, I have uploaded the phpVMS files to my site, and set the permissions (IE passed stage one of the installer). However, I am a little confused by stage two - the database stuff. I want to know: 1. How do I create a MySQL database for phpVMS, that will allow me to pass stage two of the installer? What do I need to enter into each of the installer fields? 2. Is ALL the necessary stuff free? Thanks very much.

Dear Nabeel I don´t know if this is a bug but When i enter some hours into the new transfer Hours field, it adds the hours into the system BUT won´t update the Rank of the Pilot - Is this a wanted feature or a bug?

Hiya All, I wondered whether there is a way that we could use the ranking system but without hours, for example I'd like to promote so one for their hard work but not because of their hours. This may or may not resolve my previous problem. When I insert my information into the field it says it has been added, yet if I come back later on it disappears. This has happened for everyone who has joined my VA. Does anybody have any ideas why it's not 'sticking around' as it would seem?

Not sure if anyone has noticed this or having the same issue. My charters change every day so that means I am activating and deactivating them everyday. Well, when I go to edit a schedule the system swithces the aircraft on me for some reason, in particular the Beriev I am using. It seems to only switch this one for some reason, I have two and it defaults to the 243 reg number.....I am really having to keep an eye now when editing cause of this.

Hey everyone i have a question...Wondering if it would be at all possible to get FAA info for airports and such for my site, so i can have some type of a warning system or something alerting the pilots about FAA alerts like in real life. Thanks

After applying the latest beta update, I noticed an error after adding a schedule via the admin centre: Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/plusair/public_html/admin/modules/Operations/Operations.php on line 514 The fix to this (as identified by a dev friend of mine) is to the input sanitisation in Vars.class.php public static function cleaned(&$V) { if(is_array($V)) { foreach($V as $k => $val) { $V[$k] = self::cleaned($val); } return $V; } return htmlspecialchars(addslashes(stripslashes($V))); } Hope this helps anybody suffering from the same error.

New install, probably should have done this earlier lol, but just decided to start adding schedules and this is what i get.. Version 1.2.628 on a brand new database (no updates, no beta) Apache 2.2, PHP5.2, MySql 5.0 Any ideas? (Scroll across to the top right and you'll see what i mean) The flights don't show up anywhere and were manually added (not imported). Aircraft and airports are in correctly with no problems. Tried to import a schedule with the template and I got the same result .. You can also see that my icons on the left don't show up (but this I'm not concerned with)

Hello to everyone! One of our airline pilots wanted to change he´s password and after change, phpVMS system told him to wait for admin approval - so he didnt access the webpage anymore, neither with old or new password. So I went to the admin page and found out new "pending pilot". What I did? I went to the active pilots page, changed he´s password manually and then rejected this so called "pending pilot" (I thought that it is some kind a bug). It also deleted the active user and also all pireps and other data. So... 1.Why users need an administrator approval to change their passwords? 2.Why it is shown as a pending pilot? 3.And if I want to delete a pilot or he wa…
