Hi, we started to use VMS Acars for our VA. During testing we noticed the following issue: When using the acars with P3Dv4 (FSUIPC6, MakeRwys done) and FSLabs A320-SL the flight is started with status "Boarding Started" but there will be now further record, for example after releasing the parking brake, when starting to taxi etc. With XP11 user, there is no problem. Any idea how to solve this? Tks.

All of my pilots have suddenly started reporting this issue: FSUIPC or AcarsConnect were not found in the sim folder. This error message is misleading as up until recently they were able to fly without issues, so this isn't due to incorrect installation. The only recent change I made is setting up CloudFlare in an attempt to keep the site online after recent DDoS-esque outages. However this has been first disabled, then completely uninstalled in an attempt to get vmsACARS back up. Can someone advise urgently please. I just made my phpVMS site live for my VA, and in so doing I changed the domain name to our normal website domain from the testing domain that it was using. How can I change the "valid domains" to the right one in the vmsHosts website? FWIW I was testing the site using the url www.shootingstarfan.com, and in making it live I changed the domain and url to www.flycoa.com, and this is what I need to change the "valid domains" to on the vmsHosts site. So my VA has recently switched from vamsys to phpvms. At first, i was able to use the acars normally but after 2 days i encountered a problem with it saying that i hadn't entered ICAO code and showing the boxes yellow even though it was full. And now a new issue has risen with the acars showing that i am not logged in even though the crew site and my API key were both there. This just also occurred with the VA owner and we can't find a fix. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey a lot ov my VA guys are asking will there be a way to add on to see how much time left for flight as is now you have "Flight Time/Disance" in other apps we have used there was feature telling us how long before landing. thanks for your time Robert aka Mr Pizza EasternHops

A pilot flew on Vatsim today for a flight yet the pirep reports that it was flown off line. is there a correct point where you have to tell PHPVMS and Acars that you are on-line as the documentation does not seem to say anything about this

Hello, Hope you are doing well. I am trying to change my valid domain for the acars but it wont let me. I sent in a ticket a couple days ago. Is there a way for me to do it? The box is greyed out and wont let me click. Regards, Tyson

G'day sirs, I recently had two instances of PIREPs not submitting correctly. Log1: Server was uncontactable for <1min due to a test with the server's PHP version setting. Everything except flight time was recorded (0h0min). Log2: No known issues with server during this user's flight, but financial data was missing from the submitted flight. If anyone has a minute, can you help look through the associated logs to discern what might have been the cause of either one or both please? Thank you.

Hello, For example during a hard landing to avoid cheating (yes that also exists) the pilot cancel and erase his pirep. Can we prevent a driver from deleting canceled Pireps ?

Greetings Admins. Just a quick question. We would have read through the knowledge base for the ACARS aspect of the phpVMS system...and need some clarity, please. Will you provide an explicit list of customizations that one gets should he choose to spend the additional $20 USD, please? We (our VA) wish to justify the cost. Thank you in advance.

Hi Is it possible to override aircraft location to start a flight in order to prevent aircraft exclusivity to a pilot. Right now flights can only be started at a location where an aircraft is available which limits the operations quite significantly Thanks for the help.

Hello, I'm hoping for a bit of nudge in the right direction, as the subject says I'd like VMSAcars to show the speed when certain events happen (gear raised/lowered flaps raised/lowered). I have read through the following pages, I managed to following the instructions and do the example, https://docs.phpvms.net/acars/customizing/customization & https://docs.phpvms.net/acars/customizing/tutorial To be honest I'm not really sure what I'm doing or if it is even possible. Hello, Acars 7 app 2.0453 does not allow png,jpeg images from the news portion of our website to transfer to the Dashboard portion of Acars but it lets the text like it did in the 1st version I was able to add mapp picture and information for an upcoming event now the new 2 version dose not allow this any idea what might be happening... thanks for your time Mr Pizza EasternHops

Hello, my ACARS miss position "on runway" and it causes to haven't got 100 points in flight. There is problem with strobe and landing lights while I am on runway. I all my aircrafts. Whats more, I saw that ACARS show gates where you start flight and where you finish, it doesn't work for me. How to fix it? Version ACARS: 1.0.0.1920

I have the Premium version and have set the path to the png files in the three fields; however, the logo doesn't display in vmsACARS. I have tried searching for solutions but didn't find any. Thanks for any help you can provide. EDIT: I got the splash screen to show up but not the other two. All files are in the same location on the web server.

Hello i'm currently searching for an acars systems for my VA, I think that the solution proposed by php vms could agree with my search. I have already a data base with all my registered pilots, can I use it for pilot login in the acars app ? Other question , the web integration it is really fully customizable ( i mean can i just add panels to our existing hand code website without change all the pilot space ? ) And last question , if i buy phvms and it is not what i am looking for can i get my money back ? Any plans to capture the dep and arrival airport weather and include that in the Pirep Fields information? I seem to recall some other Acars being able to capture the wind direction and speed, IFR or VFR, or sometimes more detailed weather information.

I had the API key domain name pair changed by the owner who had made the purchase. He sent me the API key, but I guess he is the only one who can download it? I cant find the client download. Secondly the Server Direction say go to your "Web" folder and move the Acars module over to you module folder. Since I find no web folder on the server's files, do I assume it is also contained in the download of the client software? I need to tell the guy to download what exactly so I can configure my server? The domain is easternairlinesvirtual.com. ugh -Nacman

I set up a bid to fly EGEP-EGEW Papa Westray to Westray a flight of around two minutes , the acars log seems to think the flight is still running after I have stopped put on the parking brakes and stopped the engines. The end flight button did not show up. Since this is a very short flight and the distance between the airports is less than 3 miles and you do not get much altitude is the acars able to handle this type of flight ?.
