Can i get some help please, even if someone does it even without creating any banners or logos, i can put them in myself, just get the bones of it working that is all i need.

To me anyway i didn't find it that great, I am allowed my opinion on it.

yes, but didn't find them that great, he didn't explain how to import templates, or how to get images in, just the internal coding of the site.

IF i gave someone a template could they skin phpvms for me?

It isn't stopping me from using the admin panel, just what is supposed to be there isn't, just that error.
