I don't think this is a good idea, mainly because, there is no limit on how long the pilots can keep the bid, if you were to implement this idea, a lot of routes would become unusable to other pilots because some pilots are bidding on them but not flying them. Secondly, if you have more then one flight a day with one route having it disabled while another pilot has bidded on it it won't work. Cheers Dan C

Jacob, if you think you can do better, you make a skin and release it, and we will judge it. You have to think of other people and do they have the time to create a skin from scratch. They might have just enough time to run a VA, but not do a skin from scratch, and it can take a good while to create a skin, as it needs trial and error. I love the skin Roger. Cheers Dan C

make sure that the CSS code is in the header.tpl file, and not in other files, otherwise your skin wont work. Cheers Dan C

Yes if you get all their emails into a dedicated group in gmail, or have the use of Microsoft Outlook, you just put all your pilots emails and names there, and all you have to do is select the pilots you want to send an email to and send it. But to do it in the system you cant. It must be done externally using what i said. Cheers Dan C

Everytime a pilot of mine files a pirep and i accept it, it is doubled in the roster, one guy flew once, had 6.3 on the roster then flew again and got 10.5, it came out as 27.3 is there anything i can do to fix this? If so which file do I have to edit to fix it? Cheers Dan C

answer to question one, all they have to do is find the flights and add them to their bids, and to answer your second question, they can file a pirep that is not in your database but as long as the airport is, then your pilots can fly whatever route they want. Cheers Dan C

I hope you copied the news_newsitems.tpl into your skin folder, or your going to have problems when you update phpvms, as the core/templates folder gets overwritten in updates. Any skin folders you create won't. Cheers Dan C

What i said goes for both really. If they are total noobs but are willing to learn, a video tutorial can actually confuse them further. All they require is a little time spent 1 on 1 to explain exactly how it is done. A video is not exactly a 1 on 1 thing. Cheers Dan C

I am just wondering is it possible to get the pilot ID's to still be in sequential order even if you reject a new pilot? As i have had two bots sign up and there are 8 pilots but it goes from GAC0006 to GAC0008 to GAC0010 is there a way to get them back in order? Cheers Dan C

flyzen, your not understanding what i am saying, yes the video tutorials work, but some people want a bit more help understanding them, and want to learn how to skin phpvms, asking the people who made the video tutorials, or others who created their own and know it, can help them more to understand what is going on in the video tutorials.
