Thanks for youe efforts I have downloaded and installed on my site. All emails with links and messages work fine, but admin still had to approve in the backend before pilot was allowed to sign in succesfully. Is this whats suppose to happen?

Nothing else is needed TJ. After exporting your flight have a look at the PIREP (after it has been accepted). All the extra exported details will be there under the Additional Log Information:

I have just done a reinstall of PHPVMS and all went well. I had my old skins folder so i have been using that from the start and everything is working well with it. I decided to use the default skin to see if I was missing out on any features and thats where my problem starts. No schedules appear in the schedule search. If I place my old schedule_results.tpl into the crystal skins folder all is OK. I updated to the latest beta to see if that would fix it but nope. Any ideas of what I should do will be most appreciated

I know your a very busy man Nabeel, but if you ever find time to implement this tablesorting feature into a future update of PHPVMS I think it would be very handy searching tool and would enhance to professional feel of PHPVMS. Thanks for doing what you do :-)

Yeah I have given it a go and cant seem to get it to do anything. I feel some step by step instructions are needed for us not so PHP educated VA admins. A forum is a big part of a VA, not just for help, but also for the particular VA community to share there experiances and offer there ideas for new routes, Hubs ect. ect. I feel the best scenario would be a very simple forum to be intergrated with PHPVMS but I dont think this is in the pipeline at all.

I have had this error too. I thought it was the google map that was causing it (in firefox).

I have set the UNIT to nm in the local.config.php. I added a route from YPPH to YSSY and got phpvms to automatically calculate the distance. The figure it came up with is 2045.47471719. When I check this figure in google earth it is the distance in miles. The distance in nautical miles would be 1771. I am using the current version 1.2.660 sorry to be a pain I love your work ;D Regards Packo

Thanks, but when we are in the admin panel and adding or editing a route we have the option of automatically calculating the distance. The figure that is calculated is in miles. I would like it to be calculated in nautical miles. Is this possible and if so how would I do it?

Hi, Is there any way to have the schedules in nautical miles. I know in the local.config I can have either miles or kilometres but all the flying I do is always in NM.

Would it be possible to have more info in the email thats sent to the admin after a pirep is filed. Such as who, when, where and a direct link to the admin pirep page. Maybe even a link to accept the pirep without even going to the phpvms admin page

How about if the flight information was shown in a popup window, leaving your search page the way it is... just a thought

Well done Nabeel, Looks like you have done it :-) I just did a couple of test flights and everything worked fine. Just one thing I noticed was that the pax number still gets put into the cargo box when I load the flight from VA. It doesn't bother me but I thought you may want to know. Thanks heaps for the prompt service in the help and bug fixing department. You have outdone yourself. Keep up the good work, I hope this venture turns out to be something even more special than it is now.

I just checked again and i find that after i press "send log" it shows pilot ID then goes to show flight results with an OK and a Cancel button. There in the flight results the date has gone back to 65535/65535/65535 :-( and if i press ok i get the error

looks like we are getting closer Nabeel. All goes OK and after stop log i dont get an error. The date is correct in the log with the correct date but when i go to send log i get an error "Error Sending Log Data Base Error" and I cant send log to VA ???
