Now you have got me, as I do get the not logged in bit, but we cannot get any flight info up. So I am not loosing the plot, can you run though the set for a flight if I am missing a step or something then its going to be be down to us. What we are doing is, start kACARS, click on log in (and get the 'not logged in') none of the fields ar populating with flight info, then as we are getting the not logged in, so shut it down, have we missed a step as I do not see a manual to follow. I am going to start a flight in a mo, fire up kACARS then see what happens.

Hi, sorry don't get what you mean, all or some, if you are refering to all pilots getting the same 'not logged in' then yes we all get it, or to what can connect with, yes to Xacars, no to kACARS, FSpax yes, FSACARS - not even going to bother (what a pain in the but to set up) If I can make sure that at least the 3 programs connect then it gives the pilots a choice. I have added teh touch down stats from simpilot, but Xacars does not support it, hence I would like the other ones up nad running. Thanks for your time on this anyway.

To cover the other post as well, I copied and pasted the url you used, ( http://5starvirtualaviation.com/phpvms )but no, it keeps saying 'Not Logged in' I want to have access to as many acars as poss, so folk have a choice, we all seem to have the same issue, so from all so far, lorathon you bounced off the site, so the modules are in the right place but 4 of my guys inc me could not. what next?

20 21 class kACARS_Free extends CodonModule 22 { thats a lift from the module..!!! so don't know what thats all about.

forgot I had posted before, marked as solved as just dumpt it and used Xacars as it sent the pirep. A new member has tried to use it and he is getting the issue, so I have treid it again with the same issue, the module are in the phpvms main folder, any '/' have been removed from the end. just checked the error log and found this [16-Mar-2011 16:07:34] PHP Fatal error: Class 'CodonModule' not found in /home2/fivstar6/public_html/phpvms/core/modules/kACARS_Free/kACARS_Free.php on line 21 looking into that now, will update.

Hi folks, I have been looking in the forums to see if I could find the solution and have tried most things I could see, but to no avail. kACARS will not let me login, but it will connect to FS no issue. I have checked that the url is correct, http://5starvirtualaviation.com/phpvms , in the3 opitions and in the local_config which it is. username and password checked and ok.. I have checked my firewalls and anitvirus to make sure they are letting the data out, which they are... but no, I still cannot get logged in, but if I use Xacars, no issue, it does everything. unistall one and try again no same issue. So what am I missing?

Hi, I had the same issue, I uploaded all my fleet to a file at my host, then worked all the links out then added one to the download section. I thought I would test it, clicked on the link and same as you, the screen just kept cycling round, in the end I had to click elsewhere on the site to stop it. If anyone can give us any ideas, gratefully rec'd. Cheers Deano SOLVED the issue

Hi guys, got touchdown in and is running and displaying stats for the guys who are flying FSpax only and not the Xacars guys. I have checked the pireps and those who are using Xacars show a landing rate of 0 and the guys with FSpax show -168 for example, any ideas on how to get the data from Xacars? cheers. Deano

Thanks TAV1702 I looked at the urls, but when I instered the link nothing came up, I tried to put the link in as you said above as well but all I got was modules does not exist, checked the file and I know they are all there. I am stumped at this time. will have another look at it later and see what I am doing wrong.

Hi guys, I have added top pilot to our site today, the sql database is in and has been populated, all the relevent parts have now been placed into the root core files etc.. I have created a new page on the site - http://5starvirtualaviation.com/phpvms/index.php/pages/toppilotstats - where I would like the info to display. -to view the main TopPilot index create a link yoursite/index.php/TopPilot but how do I do I this part, I dont have much of a clue about, php,css or much else, just managing to get by with all the great work these guys have created. And got to ask, any further news on when 2 will be ready?

HI Greer, I know what you are refering to, I use a 19" widescreen and all is good but use the laptop oh dear. but hey, it is all good obnce you click on it. I like your layout, I have made a few chnages myself this evening, just hope the guys like it... HI guys, I have installed Obsess blue on our site and works fine, I have made some small changes, nothing major at this time. On the site I have modified the scroll to read with our VA name, but how do I slow it down as it moves too fast? Alaso down on the left there is news links, with our causing major issues with the .tpl file how do I just get rid of it and move the other links up? One last one, before uploading the file to my host I changed what I thought was the back ground black color to our blue color, but its still black, is there a way I can do this? I have tried doing it a few times but still comes out black on the live site? Cheers Deano

I know when I set up the schedules it asks for an aircraft to fly that route, so I copied the same tail number for each set of schedules. i.e. Flights out of EGKK are in the 100's is G-JST Flights out of KBOS are in the 200's is G-FSCJ Does the pilot have to fly that aircraft or can he fly what every aircraft is the fleet at that airport at that time?

Hi, I had a similar issue when I got started, but worked out that the fleet list needed to be in place first, the airports, vms will seek the info for you, but check they are correct, KORD (Chicago) came up with an airport in Iraq or some where like that. Have a look.

So what I did was download the local.config.php edit it then re uploaded it, but before doing so made sure that everything was there and it works ok, I dont think I use my host's editor again. Thanks for the help guys.

Well after much trying we could not get it to connect, so we tried Xacars and that worked, and a couple are testing fspax, so for now we will go with the ones that work. Thanks for all the help.
