When I went into the flight ops of JAT Airways they told me 1t of fuel goes for ~800$ at LYBE which is 0.8 to put into phpVMS. I reduced it to 0.36-0.5 because we don't fly as much flights and I have been told fuel is cheaper on some other airports. I really don't see why anyone would want to fly there when there is VATSIM? Probably only those who don't want to learn, those who fly dct gps aka those who are looking for the easy way out. Just my take on this.

You need to make a nice skin, be attractive to pilots, have dedicated staff, preferably a fleet that does not include the Concorde, A225 Antonov, Airbus A380, B744 (you get the point) In the end, post more info about your VA, tell what you offer etc. If it is a good VA pilots will come on their own. Its your job to make them stay. Good luck! It is harder than you think, I know, because I myself am having a hard time doing that.

What more do you need? Read the documentation provided. You move the files to your host via FTP or the Control Panel of your host. Than you extract them to <site>lib/skins/ So for example: rtfm-va.com/lib/skins/myskin1 Activate your skin by going to the Admin CP @ rtfm-va.com/admin and then in General Settings set the theme to myskin1

When I want into the flight ops department of one airline I found out the fuel price at LYBE. According to that I have all airports set to 0.36. I charge my tickets from $120 for short haul to $1000 for long 10h+ flights. This is giving a steady increase. We are $4million up since April.

No, not really. This month we recorded the maximum number of flights.since we started operation. We are up to 81 and counting. Really frustrating. We were 105 with 630pts + and now 107 with 590smth I believe.
