Nabeel, Sir, I have found my expereince here at the forums to resolve issues or bugs with PHPVMS sort of restricted to the those who are willing to help and being an outsider of the group of phpvms VA operaters that hang out here, pretty much keep to those who they know. I come here when I need help and I have not had a single question since I first started using phpvms back in July. So in order to get something done or added I half to contract it out to FSTools for a fee. I don't mind paying the piper if this is the only way I can get my sites the way I want them. Let me get to my issue that has had no response, just a lot of viewing. I now operate two phpvms sites on two diferent servers. Tried them both on one server but there was a security issue, a conflict causing a member on one site that had an ID ending in XXX0001 to be able to log into the person profile on the other site who's ID ended in XXX001. Without the use of login (Email address and PW) I rplaced the sub-site several times and the databases and passwords and the conflict still existed. I couldn't get any response here on the forums no matter where I posted it. JUst viewing. As I indicated I was forced to purchase a second server and move the subsite to a new location. After deleting the site again from my main server and all traces of the database I now find my main site with an issue in the admin panel. If I go to the frontpage news edit the screen brings up the Source code for the news page screen with no way to get into the editing panel with the tool bar. This is also true for editing pages I have created. Just the Source code page comes up. I posted this 24 hours ago and all I have received is views. Attached is a screenshot of the News page editor as I said it is the same with Pages I have created. This is a great program and is worth every dime if it were payware with a manual called "Phpvms for dummies" I love everything about it except the documentation and the lack of forum support. There is so much I want to do, but I have to wait for my list of things to be completed so I can contact Jeff at FSTools and get a quote from him. As I said, I would pay for someone beside Jeff and the folks at FS Product just to pick their brains, so I can do some of the neet things that I see snippits of code floating around on the forums with no explaination as to what to do with them or where to put them. For some reason I have lost the ability to edit my news page and addon pages. When you click on Edit News or Editing pages all that is there is the code script? Np tools?

I have noticed that I find no means of deleting an airline in the admin panel Add & Edit Airlines. This is also true with Edit Airports & Aircraft.

I get this error on Pilots/Groups, View Pilots, Schedule Templete As I said, the older version I had no issues. I am running a AMD Vista 64 based machine. Probably has IE 8, not sure. I have an additional question: I'm not looking for a free handout, but I would like to chat with a phpvms guru. Whatever the fee, it is what it is. I have been running static sites for years and this is my only way out of the manual entries and updates. I'm good at technical stuff as I work with machine G-Code. But php is greek to me. I have the latest version of phpvms.....Admin, when I click on Schedules, pilots/groups it's all there but Internet explorer warning pops up saying it can't open the page and says to, or it will abort if I close the message and it closes the page. Didn't hav this with the earlier version. Otherwise everything seems to be working, just need to learn how to use....documentation sucks for a novas.

I just installed the latest version of phpvms......no problem, database, permissions ran installer field in all fields....can't login...What this about. I show up as a new pilot but I can not login in with my email address or password and I checked everything.

I thought it was set to 777, how do I varify this?

The minimum image size is 5 pixels(w)11 pixels(h) tp a maximum of 44(w) to 11 (h). tried gig,jepg and png. There located in a webfolder on my system...not located in the phpvms folder..as there is no instructions for novas Phpvms assumes everyone knows php. Although the site doesn't say this before you download and install. Here is the error message. The default indicates max 80 X 80 doesn't indicate a minimum. Gentlemen, I appreciate your feed back on this. First, the site is not on a free server. phpvms was uploaded to a clean site as per the instructions. Database was set, all permission activated as instructed and ran the install program. Filled out all the fields as instructed ( Couple pages) clicked on finish and and a window came up indicating installation complete or something of that nature. I went back to the instructions to find the domain path to (site) index.php and admin/index.php.....................nothing. So I took a wild guess. www.mysite.com/phpvms/index.php and www.mysite/phpvma/admin/index.php So following either one of these links brings me to what appears as a login. I don't have an image to post as I removed everything for now until I can clarify instructions with someone with far more knowledge than I have on phpvms. I installed phpbb3 with out a single problem. I have installed phpvms without any issue....what I don't have is a domain path to site index.php or admin/index.php. I tried www.mysite.com/phpvms/index.php to the site and /phpvms/admim/index.php to access admin panel. Both take me to the same login screen for phpvms. The error message is indicated below. I have used phpbb for forums. it required me to make changes in files before you upload to site. There is nothing that tells me this in the documentation that I downloaded, most of the doc links have nothing available. There is no instructions once you get into the panel to tell you how to setup site data, change banner,skins.........nothing. I need help....Just setup phpvms on a new website. Everthing went fine, except the docets provided no path from my domain to site index.php or admim/index.php. Used www.mysite.com/phpvms/index.php and www.mysite/phpvms/admin/index.php......seems to go to a login page (Both are the same) how do you setup or develope the site. Documentation is week. Found nothing instructing me to make changes to selected files before uploading to site as I had with phpbb forums.
