Hi, I would like to know how can I reload my pilots. I had 35, and now we delted 11 retired/ non active pilots so now we have only 24, but in VA Central we appear as 35 pilots, so, how can I change it? Thank You!!

Hi all, I was thinking that it would be great for my VA see the periods of time when we make more flights, so we need a pireps stats. The graphic with the table that shows the last month pireps statistics that appear allways when you access to the admin panel is perfect, but I need older stats, not only the last month. Is there anyway to make another graphic like that but with the stats of older months, it would be really great! Thanks!! PS: the graphic I tell you is the image attached

Finally you tried with XUIPC? today I have a friend trying it in his Xplane and he is trying to know how to make it with XUIPC and he thinks that is possible. Anyone had good results with this way?

Wow! This is exactly what I want. How could I find Jeff? Also, I thought this was configurable since phpvms code, because kACARS send the position to the Live Map, so the only thing to do is Record the data of each flight in the Live Map to show it as in your website. I think it should be from phpvms because there are other programs like xacars that also show the position in the live map. Thanks for your help Mark!!

Hi guys! I would like to answer something that I've seen in another sites and I think that is possible to use in phpvms. In some websites I've seen the same google map that phpvms, and it shows the exactly place (and sometimes the time) where you have flown. Obviously I'm talking about the map shown in the each Pirep, not the Live Map. In phpVMS that map only shows a straight line fomr the departure until the destination, but it doesn't show the exactly point where you have flown. That map would be very useful in my VA to see the points where the pilots have flown, because sometimes we make challenges and each one make a different flight plan, but the only way to see the route of each pilot is having that kind of map in the pirep of each pilot. Any idea about this? I would be very grateful for the information. Thanks a lot!!

Hi all! I'm having a problem sending manual PIREPS from the website with phpvms. The pireps sended with Xacars, kACARS and FsPax are OK. The problem is that sometimes, ACARS programs crashes and the only way to file a pirep to count that hours is filling it manually from the pilot's menu in phpvms. But when I write all there and send the pirep, it gives me this error message: The flight code and number you entered is not a valid route! Ovbiously the pirep doesn't appear in the administration menu to accept it, so I don't know what I have to do to make that manual pireps can be sended. Thanks so much for the help!

Well, I think I have the same question. Sometimes my VA people forget to open the ACARS program like kACARS, Xacars or FsPax. But exists another way to report that flight, that is with the website with phpvms. In pilot's menu you can "File a Pirep". It's totally manual and you have to fill all the characters required writing it by yourself without the help of any ACARS program. Now, the problem that I have is that this way can only be used if you previously bidded some schedulle, but if you didn't, you can't send that report. This is a problem is you make some Charter/Non schedulled flight where you don't need to use any schedulle (I know that for FsPax you need to create a schedulle for charter flights, but not necessary in Xacars neither kACARS). So, how could I change that option to let all the people report schedulles not bidden and charter flights by the website in phpvms from the pilot's menu? Thanks for your help and your answers!!

I write here to not open a new topic. In my case, I don't have any problem with the upgrade of rank with the hours, but I have a general problem with the ranks. In my VA, the ranks goes with a flight school, and passing exams there, so often the hours and the ranks aren't correct according with the "real rank" of the flight school. I've tried to change the ranks individually with each pilot from the mysql database and is Ok, but when someone register and become a new member in phpvms or make any chance, everybody gets the same rank level. Is there any possibility to put a rank that couldn't be changed with the hours reported? Thanks for your help!

Yes, I've done that today. I've read in lot of forums and webpages that FsAcars has too much bugs and everybody talks about kACARS, so I tried today kACARS and is easy and perfect. Now I'll only use kACARS for MSFS users and Xacars for X-Plane users. Thanks for all!!

Thanks for your help! It worked as you said. Only one more question... To setup the new charter flight, only with the flight number, I had to do it from the database, cause in the admin panel of phpvms it says that to complete it is needed to fill all the fields, is correct?

Yes, I thoght that after trying sometimes, but that's the problem I think. When I get the data with a flight number, then appears all the data of the route (departure, arrival, FL...) also appears one plane (the plane I choosed when I created the schedulle) and at the bottom of the program I get a list of all my aircrafts of my VA that I created in the phpvms. The problem is, that this list only appears doing this, because when I use the "Get Aircraft" button, I don't get nothing, the list is totally empty and I don't know why it does it, because in one way it works and in the other doesn't works and don't appear any aircraft. Thanks a lot for your answer and for your help. [EDIT] Well, I don't know what I did before, because I was sure to push that button and don't get anything, but now I've tried and appears all my planes to choose. OK thanks for the answer. Now I'm having a problem. When I write the flight plan, in charter flight mode, I can't write the Aircraft Type and also I can't write the aircraft registration. I only can do it if is an eschedulled flight. I'm running kACARS on Windows 7 64bits in admin mode. Thanks for all your help!

Hi all: I would like to ask if is possible to send a report of a non schedulled flight with fspassengers. In some places I've read that you must to put the correct flight number when you starts the flight in the config of fspassengers so then you can report it, but if I try to put some other number of a non eschedulled flight I can't report it. How can I make to send charter flights reports? Thanks a lot for the help!

Hi all! I've read some other people that had the same problem as me, but no one had response with the solution, so I ask it again, maybe this time I have more luck. My problem is that FsAcars, when I send a log, gives me and error that says "Error sending log, Database Error". My .ini is the automatically generated by phpvms. I've tried to delete the program and all its files and then reinstall again for 9 times, and always the same problem. Also, when I send the log, first, appears my phpvms web, but it says in big words "This Pilot Does Not Exists". Is very strange, because I can access to my pilot menu without problems. I've seen with this problem of the pilot dos not exists, that is caused about the URL. By default, FsAcars load this url "http://topcovirtual.com/TopCo/vasystem/index.php/profile/view" but my pilot menu is "http://topcovirtual.com/TopCo/vasystem/index.php/profile". The difference is the ".../view" and obviusly it says that the pilot does not exist. Althought I've tried to modify the .ini file, and it worked one time (I had the same problem with the pilot does not exist but it was sended correctly and I could accept it in the admin menu), only one time, and then FsAcars didn't open any more so I had to delete it and reinstall. I've tried again to change things but always have the same problem. I tried this with 2 versions of FsAcars: FsAcars 4 and FsAcars 4015. This problem is only with FsAcars, the other addons (fsp & xacars) are fully correct. Thanks for your help!
