you cant change the template, as the admin template would get overwritten in an update.

Admin templates are found in /admin/templates/

Keep a local copy of all the ones you edit so when you update you can reupload them.

I wouldn't recommend editing them unless you're just adding text or changing the style, you might end up messing it up big time.

sure i know that, but how can i cnage them as i see on some of your pics here they have nice one, dark, i assume its dark template...and its better to see of th regular one...

That'll be the old version.

You'll have to get an old version of admin.css (and probably the images) found in /admin/lib/

No noo i mean that i want dark one...Its better then regular one...So now i have on site latest phpVMS, and my admin style is normal...I have template in directires but dont know how to change from regular to dark...

Also, i will be very greatfull if someone contact me or wish to help me on my style.css file as my knowledge of it is none...thank you

Then you'll need to find a copy of the old admin/lib/ folder and take the css and images folder.

iff i ame correct they are still in there just i don't know how to edit it need to take a look but they are in there

Ah, if the version I have on my computer is the newest, which I expect it is, go to admin/lib/ and rename the "layout" folder to "layout_light" and the "layout_dark" folder to "layout".

There's a setting to change it, in local.config:

Config::Set('ADMIN_SKIN', 'layout_dark');
