A scour in the forums would help as well. Simply navigate to /phpvms/core/local.config.php and delete that file. Or, open it and delete all the text in it as well. Issue fixed, ta dah! You will meet these issue I've stated here as well: http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/20629-most-common-fixes-phpvms-installation/ From the looks of the issue, your host runs PHP 5?
