Neon
Alright I have done everything down to a T. I normally dont even like messing with docker but whatever. The first link where is says "Head on down to the installer" or something to that effect and it points to /install/ but the problem is the package doesnt have a install folder. I even tried making one nada.
Administrators ProAvia Posted October 23, 2019 Administrators Report Share Posted October 23, 2019 Once all the files are in place - using your browser, go to your URL. From there, there should be prompts to take you trhu the install process.
Neon
Yes the base page is working just fine but after i click the button it is trying to go to a folder called install that doesnt come with the package and is not downloaded by composer or yarn. Administrators ProAvia Posted October 23, 2019 Administrators Report Share Posted October 23, 2019 (edited) Are you planning to use v7 for just testing purposes? It is still in developmemt and probably shouldnt't be used for a live site. And we are still waiting on skins and modules to help customize it. An updated development version was released this morning. I download it locally, extract the files and run composer locally too. Then I upload the entire thing to my host. Seems to work fine when doing that. I've never tried any other way. Edited October 24, 2019 by ProAvia
Administrators Nabeel Posted October 24, 2019 Administrators Report Share Posted October 24, 2019 Can you try the latest dev version? https://forum.phpvms.net/files/file/1-phpvms-70-dev-branch/ I made a fix on shared hosts for .htaccess redirects
