Error 503 when trying to access admin page

I am getting a 503 error when trying to access the site's admin page. I cannot find the source of the error...

PHP version is 5.6

Site is http://surair.com.mx

You need at least PHP version 8.1.x (8.3.x recommended)

The site always ran with old PHP. This is an old version of phpvms, I'm not even sure of the version. Version file says "936". Site was created in 2014.

Then you are in the wrong section of the forum. This section is only for phpVMS v7. Maybe @ProAvia can move your post to relevant section (phpVMS Classic - v2/v5)

 

By the look of it, your server is struggling to respond the load when you enter admin area. Maybe something is updated in the background, some server settings changed or somehow your increasing pireps are creating extra load and it is hurting the admin area now. Hope you can find the root cause.

Seems your phpVMS version is 2.1.936

That is really quite old and outdated.

You may wish to consider updating to phpVMS version 7.

If you follow that path, be sure to baxkup your site and your phpVMS database hefore updating.
