We are getting emails stating that the pilots are marked as retired. They are active pilots who have flown lately.

Hi Thomas McGreevy,
You have been marked as retired because you have been inactive for more than 120 days. To be un-retired, you must file a PIREP.
Thanks,
The Alaska Adventures Management

I am running version Version 2.1.934

Did the setting in the config file get changed or overwritten?

# After how long to mark a pilot inactive, in days
Config::Set('PILOT_AUTO_RETIRE', true);
Config::Set('PILOT_INACTIVE_TIME', 120);

Check the date the server thinks it is as well. It could have been changed or corrupted.

How do I find that out?

You'd have to check with your host, I think you're on fivedev so the timezone is set to GMT I believe, though it can be changed in script.

Since I can't get help on this, I would like to disable this option.

# After how long to mark a pilot inactive, in days
Config::Set('PILOT_AUTO_RETIRE', true);
Config::Set('PILOT_INACTIVE_TIME', 120);

Would changing True to false disable this feature?

Yes that would change it.

I just read through this. Are the pilots actually being retired?

Are you sure that the emails are not coming from your flyaka.net site? I had the same problem when we swapped servers, I left the old site up and eventually it started firing off retirement emails. This is what simpilot was referring to in one of his posts above.
