First time we installed it, about 5 months ago, everything was working properly but since we reinstalled it, some admin members cant access the admin center... Could someone please help us out in this ? The error says : An Error Was Encountered Please login first The matter is that I am already logged and that I'm an admin in the admin center of the company's CEO Quote

Strider Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 Your password may have gotten corrupted. Try the checkinstall to see if maybe some files have been corrupted, and the checkdb to see if any of the tables in the database have been corrupted. Quote
