Tom
Hullo On my site (flyeug.co.uk) I'm not receiving any emails when pilots register. I have no idea if pilots are getting emails, but emails are working on another site hosted on the same account which is why I didn't think it would be worth bringing up in the fivedev forum. Any ideas?

Tom
Okay I finally got an email, it works when sending it to my site which is hosted on the same account, but not the main one... weird. They're both set up on google and everything, working properly when I send emails to it from other emails, just not the site ones.

Administrators Nabeel Posted April 18, 2011 Administrators Report Share Posted April 18, 2011 Might be a host restriction then, if I understand it correctly. You may have to send it from the originating account tied to your hosting, spam prevention I'm guessing?
Tom
It is... flyeug is my main account on fivedev, and the email the system is sending to/from is support@flyeug.co.uk however when I set it to tom@fstools.co.uk which is my site hosted as an addon domain, it works. Jeff
I had the exact same problem when I had my other site online. I just changed from the default email acct. that I signed up with Fivedev with and used another. After I did that, all the emails were coming and going perfectly. I'm not sure why it does it though. Administrators Nabeel Posted April 19, 2011 Administrators Report Share Posted April 19, 2011 I'll check to see if it's a cPanel setting or a exim setting, I'll have to see why. It's usually for spam prevention, though
