Pilot Status Active - inactive

How can you do that when the pilot does not fly for 30 days automatically becomes its status from Active to Inactive?

Look in the local.config.php the setting is there.

Ok now my code is:

but in the pilot roster all pilots are active but 3 or 4 pilots not fly from 20 days and they are active!

Has the maintenance script run since you changed the settings, either by cron or the internal daily cleanup?

I need change other files?

No other files need to be changed my friend. Do you have cPanel access? If you do, simply add a cron job to run daily, it will automatically run the maintenance script of PHPVMS which prunes which pilots are active and inactive in addition to many other troublesome items. You don't need cPanel access to run cron jobs, but it the most easiest way to go about it.

When going into cron jobs add this following script:

php -f /home/username/public_html/phpvmsdirectory/admin/maintenance.php

And have it run once a day. (0/0/*/*/*)

Ok, thanks, but for the pilot than join yesterday the last flight result in 1969 and they result inactive, there are mode for put inactive only the pilot than not fly from 30 days from the join?
