Is there a way to integrate transfer hours over to the real hours of the pilot becuase all my pilots were reset to the first rank from the update but before the pilots were on various ranks.

There's an option in the local.config (or copy it into there from the app.config) which will use the transfer hours to account for ranks

that option is seems to not working, i put true, but nothing...any other clue?

you have to recalculater the hours in the awards section
