I made a skin for Kyle Watkins a few months ago (http://flytropicvirtual.co.uk.) and have noticed that is has been literally copied and pasted for Palmer Airways Virtual (http://palmervirtualairways.com/). Well actually, that's a lie because in Palmer Airways' site - Kyle's name is in the footer. Just goes to show no one can play fair any more in the business. Oh yes and forgot to mention that several attempts to contact via MSN have been ignored. Funny how they always have to go offline without notice like that...

Whom it may concern,

Palmer Virtual Airways has been informed that http://flytropicvirtual.co.uk has made a claim that the skin previously used at http://palmervirtualairways.com was under a copy right infringement. Palmer Virtual Airways was told that, during the creation of the template, it was the sole work of Kyle Watkins. Palmer Virtual Airways had no reason to believe that the previous statement was false. Palmer Virtual Airways is greatly sorry that the intellectual integrity of someone was taken away by the template on the site. Kyle Watkins made no monetary gain from our site at any point before, during, or after the template was put on the site.

Since the claim has been let know the Palmer Virtual Airways we have changed the template on the site. Again Palmer Virtual Airways is greatly sorry. Palmer Virtual Airways is not responsible for this infringement, because Mr. Watkins never informed us that he took it from another site. Any further action will need to be brought up with Mr. Watkins. Palmer Virtual Airways will be doing no further business with Mr. Watkins other than allowing him to fly with us at Palmer Virtual Airways.

Thank You,

Palmer Virtual Airways

We apologize for the late response, however we did read the post and followed up with Palmer earlier this afternoon.
