Strider Posted February 6, 2012 Report Posted February 6, 2012 I just had my site moved from one server to another, and I am getting: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 88 bytes) in /home/globalai/public_html/malaysiava.org/core/classes/ezdb/ezdb_mysql.class.php on line 273 Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I have requested the memory be increased, and my host claims they have done so, but I am still getting this error. It only happens when I edit a pilot profile, edit a pirep or approve a pirep, it is causing me some trouble as I am unable to approve all pireps after checking them. Also when I approve them one by one, I have to go back to the dashboard and then back to the view pending pireps, which is a pain in the butt. Also none of the pireps that have been submitted since the move, which happened yesterday, have updated the total amount of hours for the VA, I have tried the reset hours function in the maintanance area, but that didn't work. Any help would be appreciated. Quote
Moderators mark1million Posted February 6, 2012 Moderators Report Posted February 6, 2012 Go to your server php configuration and up the memory limit. Quote
Strider Posted February 6, 2012 Author Report Posted February 6, 2012 Like I said, the host has done that. I asked to up it to 40mb from the 32 it was at. Quote
Tom Posted February 6, 2012 Report Posted February 6, 2012 Looks like an infinite loop to me... Quote
Moderators mark1million Posted February 6, 2012 Moderators Report Posted February 6, 2012 If you look here in the forums there is a thread about this, my limit is currently set to 128M as i had the same problem a while ago. Failing that its just accept one at a time. Quote
Strider Posted February 6, 2012 Author Report Posted February 6, 2012 It gives that error even when approving them one at a time. I will see if I can get it extended to 128mb. I may even try clearing the cache of phpvms, see if that helps. Quote
Strider Posted February 6, 2012 Author Report Posted February 6, 2012 The hours have begun to work now. I reset the hours and they reset to what they should be now. Quote
Strider Posted February 6, 2012 Author Report Posted February 6, 2012 This error has been fixed now by my host. Quote
