Hi all ,

i want to install phpvms on my website, so when i want install it by my internet browser at this adress "www.x-treme214.net/install/install.php" ,it send me this error "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '.', expecting '(' in /homez.367/xtreme/www/install.php on line 50" ;

and when i add the extensions .php5 , this work so i have a lot of erros after.

Can you help me please .

What's your website's php version?

Seems weird that you added the extension of .php5 and it works. Tells me that your running PHP 4

Reupload the install folder and put the folder into the root of your VMS Install.

And do what the debugging instructions says.

You just need to upload the install folder.

But if you're downloading it from github, it won't work - they're different versions.

You need the 'install' folder from the version you've installed

so who can i download it ?

Nabeel's working on bringing the stable version back to the downloads.

So, to clear it up, download the same file you did, and reupload the "install" folder into your root directory.

ok thanks for you reply, i have download it on github and i have try to install it 2 days ago, if i have correctly understand it's not the good version and nabeel's working on a stable version for the download. but seen that the site is down actually it's for this moment impossible to download the good version ?

It looks like you inserted the install folder in the www/install

As soon as you enter the File Manager, the install folder goes directly in there. Do not open any other folders. It should be directly in the /public_html folder

Sorry for my late reponse, my problems is resolved , i have use a free website hebergeur and it works.

I want to know if this is possible to translate phpvms in French ?
