Moderators Kyle Posted February 28, 2012 Moderators Report Share Posted February 28, 2012 What's your website's php version? Seems weird that you added the extension of .php5 and it works. Tells me that your running PHP

Moderators Kyle Posted February 29, 2012 Moderators Report Share Posted February 29, 2012 Reupload the install folder and put the folder into the root of your VMS Install. And do what the debugging instructions says. Hope that clears up!

Moderators mark1million Posted February 29, 2012 Moderators Report Share Posted February 29, 2012 Your are in the core directory, you need to go up a level to the root and upload the install folder.
vactos
I'm in the install folder and i don't have "Local.config.php" in this folder!
Administrators Nabeel Posted February 29, 2012 Administrators Report Share Posted February 29, 2012 You just need to upload the install folder. But if you're downloading it from github, it won't work - they're different versions. You need the 'install' folder from the version you've installed
vactos
so who can i download it ?
Moderators Kyle Posted March 1, 2012 Moderators Report Share Posted March 1, 2012 so who can i download it ? Nabeel's working on bringing the stable version back to the downloads. So, to clear it up, download the same file you did, and reupload the "install" folder into your root directory.
vactos
ok thanks for you reply, i have download it on github and i have try to install it 2 days ago, if i have correctly understand it's not the good version and nabeel's working on a stable version for the download. but seen that the site is down actually it's for this moment impossible to download the good version ? Administrators Nabeel Posted March 1, 2012 Administrators Report Share Posted March 1, 2012 That version on github should be working, but some (minor) things might be broken. However, that's a beta. Try this for the full version: http://www.phpvms.net/dl/phpvms.full.zip

Jeff
It looks like you inserted the install folder in the www/install As soon as you enter the File Manager, the install folder goes directly in there. Do not open any other folders. It should be directly in the /public_html folder
